The latest design of electric control system for 2500 fracturing pump vehicle includes a local automatic control box,instrument box and a portable remote controller.The local automation control box is heart of electric control system,it is applied for controlling its starting up,speed adjustment,shifting,shutdown,failure warming for the systems of engine/transmission box/fracturing pump,etc and for controlling the engine speed,large pump displacement,actual operation pressure,pre-modulation of pressure and overpressure protection.The control system is more suitable for field operation of oilfield fracturing by using 2500 fracturing pump vehicle.
