摘要
艾灸疗法是针灸疗法的重要组成部分,是我国传统外治法的特色之一,自古以来被广泛应用于各类疾病的防治。随着现代医学的发展,艾灸疗法的作用机理也进行了广泛深入的研究,艾灸治疗疾病不仅涉及其药物效应、温热效应,其光辐射效应及机理也逐渐受到关注。基于艾灸光谱特征选择不同的波长或谱段的光刺激源模拟艾灸刺激的研究与仪器研制,有助于促进艾灸作用生物作用机制的深入研究,为艾灸疗法的现代化发展提供了契机。
Moxibustion therapy is one of the characteristics of our traditional external treatment since ancient years. It has been widely used in preventing and treating various diseases. With the development of modern medicine, the exploration of mechanism of moxibustion therapy has been processing. Recently, many researchers not only payed attention on drug effects, thermal effects, but al- so radiation effects of moxibustion. Based on the optical spectrum of burning moxa, researchers selected light resources with different wavelength or spectrum to imitate moxibustion stimulation and to innovate equipment. These studies has promoted to discover the biologica/effects of moxibustion mechanism and has provided an opportunity to modernize the traditional method.
