摘要
目的:本文采用模拟加速实验方法,研究陈药陈皮主要药效物质基础的动态变化规律;方法:采用HPLC法、UV紫外分光光度法测定陈皮药效物质基础的含量,应用统计学方法分析其变化规律;结果:模拟加速实验条件下,陈皮主要药效物质基础含量动态变化呈规律性,辛弗林含量呈降低趋势;总黄酮与橙皮苷含量呈先增后减的趋势,川陈皮素含量呈增加趋势。讨论:通过模拟加速实验研究陈药陈皮主要药效物质基础动态变化,明确贮藏中效物质基础变化规律,为陈皮的科学贮藏养护及贮藏时间确定提供科学依据。
Objective: This paper adopted simulation acceleration experiments to study the dynamic change law of the main pharmacodynamic material basis of Chenpi. Methods: HPLC and ultraviolet (UV) spectrophotometry were used to determine the content of the pharmacodynamic material basis of Chenpi and statistical methods were applied to analyze its change law. Results: Under conditions of simulation acceleration experiments, the dynamic change of the main pharmacodynamic material basis of Chenpi was reg- ular and the content of synephrine showed a decreasing trend. Contents of total flavonoids and hesperidin increased before decreasing and the content of nobiletin reflected an increasing trend. Conclusion: through simulation acceleration experiments, the dynamic change of the main pharmacodynamic material basis of Chenpi was studied and the change law of the pharmacodynamic material basis of stored traditional Chinese medicine was understood, providing a scientific basis for scientific storage and maintenance of Chenpi and determination of its storage time.
