电针联合耳穴贴压治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折术后便秘的疗效观察

Electroacupuncture Combined with Auricular Plaster Therapy in Treating Thoracolumbar Vertebral Compression Fractures after Constipation Curative Effect Observation

目的:观察电针联合耳穴贴压对胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的疗效。方法:将90例患者,按照就诊先后顺序,采用简单数字表随机方法随机分为两者,治疗组45例,给予电针配合穴位按摩治疗;对照组45例,给予口服乳果糖口服溶液,15 m L,3次/d。治疗2 w后,观察2组患者临床疗效、骨折处VAS评分及生活质量。结果:治疗组和对照组痊愈率分别为90.00%和72.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医症候积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组骨折处VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生活质量的评分比较。结论:电针联合耳穴贴压治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折后便秘的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,可以有效的改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,同时助于缓解疼痛,值得进一步推广及应用。
