针灸配合旋复代赭汤治疗含顺铂方案化疗后顽固性呃逆疗效观察

Effects of Acupuncture Combined with Xuanfudaizhe Decoction on Intractable Hiccup Caused by Cisplatin-based Chemotherapy

目的:观察针灸配合旋复代赭汤治疗含顺铂方案化疗后所致顽固性呃逆的疗效。方法:含顺铂方案化疗后出现顽固性呃逆的48例患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组针刺内关、公孙、中脘和膻中四穴,并服用旋复代赭汤;对照组肌肉注射胃复安。结果:治疗组的有效率为91.67%,对照组的有效率为79.17%,P=0.025。治疗组起效时间为2.16±0.94 d,对照组治疗起效时间为3.38±1.33,P<0.05。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:针灸配合旋复代赭汤治疗含顺铂方案化疗后顽固性呃逆,不但有效率高,而且起效快,维持时间长,疗效显著。

Objective： The effects of acupuncture combined with Xuanfudaizhe Decoction in treatment of intractable hiccup caused by eisplatin-based chemotherapy. Methods： 48 patients with advanced cancer who suffered from intractable hiccup caused by cisplatin-based chemotherapy were randomly assigned to accept the treatment of acupuncture and Xuanfudaizhe Decoction or metoclopramide. Results： There were significant differences in the effective rate between the acupuncture and Xuanfudaizhe Decoction group （79. 17% ） and metoclopramide treatment group （85%） （P = 0. 025 ） . And there were significant differences in the effect-acting period between the acupuncture ＋Xuanfudaizhe Decoction group （2. 16±0.94 d） and metoclopramide treatment group （3.38 ± 1.33 d） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The treatment of acupuncture combined with Xuarrfudaizhe Decoction for intractable hiccup caused by cisplatin-based chemotherapy is effective. And there was shorter latency of response and longer duration of improvement in this treatment.
