新安医家吴楚温补诊治血证验案特色探析

Theoretical Analysis on Treatment of Warm and Tonify Blood Syndrome of Xin'an Physician WU Chu in Medical Records

新安医家吴楚是新安医学流派的代表人物之一,吴楚医案《吴氏医验录》几则血证医案,代表了吴楚诊治血证的水平,体现了吴楚血证诊治的特色,吴楚临证重视温补,善用补中益气法,注重脉诊,在血证的诊治中亦善用温补之品,认为血证以虚损为主,失血日久必虚。本文通过对《吴氏医验录》血证医案的分析,从而总结吴楚临证辨治血证多补血、摄血并举,重视温补脾肾的学术特色,以期为中医临床血证诊疗提供思路,指导中医临床实践。

It＇ s also represents his treatment characteristics of blood syndrome, WU Chu pay attention to worm and tonify and good at buzhongyiqi, he also think highly of feeling the pulse, WU Chu like use worm and tonify herb and think that boold syndrome is asthenic disease, lose much blood will be weak. This paper analyse WU Chu＇ s medical records, and summarize his experience about blood syndrome that enrich and control the blood, worm and tonify spleen and kidney, This paper will be able to provide ideas for TCM treatment of blood syndrome and guide clinical practice.
