The basis pathological changes of diffuseinterstitiallung disease are the lung interstitial fibrosis, diffuse inflammation of the pulmonary parechyma. Diffuse interstitial lung disease is caused by many factors and is the common final of many pulmonary diseases, which is the critical risk factor of population health. Modem medicine dont have clear definition about diffuse interstitial lung disease＇s pathogenesis at present, and has little literature about it is specific discussion in treatment previously. For the past few years, traditional Chinese medicine have should some advantages in the treatment of this disease, however there are disagreements in clinic diagnosis and treatment of it. Diffuse interstitial lung disease belongs to the category of ＂pulmonary arthralgia＂,＂ pulmonary paralys- is＂ in traditional Chinese medicine and deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis has always been there throughout the advancing of this disease. This article discussed the treatment of diffuse interstitial lung disease from ＂Triple Energizer＂ discussion and studies the essence of the traditional Chinese medicine in order to exploit the advantage of TCM and to provide guidance on the treatment of diffuse interstitial lung disease.
