Purpose of Study Ancient Cases

学习古医案的目的,不是一方一药的记取,而是深刻理解前人分析问题,解决问题的思路历程,学一则医案,长一分智慧。文章还通过对造成历代中医名家医案学术信息或隐而不彰,或漏而不全之种种原因的深入分析,明确指出:只有通过对这些资料进行信息解读,尽可能地充分还原其原始面貌,才能让读者如临其境,如见其人,也才能真正使原作者的学术灵魂复活,为我所知,为我所用。重要的解读方法是于实践中求真知,于无字句处读文章。

This paper has noted the purpose of study ancient cases. The purpose should be to understand the thinking process of how the ancient doctors analyzing and resoloving problem instead of memorizing the formula or herbs. The purpose also should be to understand the objective criterion of choosing formula and herbs by ancient doctors. There should be improvment of wisdow after learning one case. This paper also analyzed the reasons which have leaded to unobviousness or absence of the informations of ancient cases. Thipaper has stated clearly the academic soul of the author can be revived and took advantaged by the readers unless the informa- tions of the case can be understood and restored. The important understanding way is to seek the truth in practice and to understand the meaning of the author behind the article.
