摘要
由区域创新生态系统探索区域创新引力,分析区域创新引力影响下科技资源流动态势,运用科斯定理与柯布-道格拉斯函数探讨区域科技资源市场化配置机理。认为区域创新相对引力与创新主体逐利共同影响科技资源市场交易并驱动地方科技创新与产业升级,联系实际提出江苏创新驱动发展建议。
The paper explores regional gravity causes based on the regional innovation ecosystem, analyzes the situation of regional science and technology resources flow under the influence of regional innovation gravity. Using the Coase theorem and the cobb - douglas function, the authors study the mechanism of market - oriented allocation on regional science and technology resources, point out that regional innovation relative gravity and profit - seeking tendency of innovation main body impact the market transactions of science and technology resources collectively, also drive the local science and tech- nology innovation and industry upgrading. The paper also puts forward suggestions on Jiangsu innovation driven development based on reality.
