摘要 以文献研究法分析我国IT企业科研人才流失现状,应用德尔菲法从环境、组织、工作和个人几方面总结影响我国IT企业科研人才流失的关键因素,将层次分析法和因素评分法相结合构建适用于我国IT企业科研人才流失的预警模型,测评对象可能的得分为(0,100],划分为(0,25]、(25,50]、(50,75]、(75,100]4个区间,对应巨警、重警、中警、轻警4个危机等级,根据测评结果,有针对性地提出管理对策,以期减少IT企业科研人才流失。 The paper applies the method of literature investigation to the analysis of the current situation of scientific re- search brain drain in the IT companies, adopts Delphi method to summarize the key factors from four aspects of environ- ment, organization, work and individual, which influence the research brain drain of the IT companies, and combines AHP with the factor - rating method to structure an early warning model which applies to the scientific research brain drain of the IT companies in China. The early warning model divides the scores of evaluated - persons into four intervals, from 0 to 25, from 25 to 50, from 50 to 75, from 75 to 100, the corresponding crisis degrees of which are giant warnings, heavy warn- ings, medium warnings and slight warnings. According to the resuhs of evaluation, some management countermeasures can be taken to reduce the rates of scientific research brain drain in the IT companies.
