五行音乐联合穴位辐照对恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态的影响

Effect of five elements music combined with acupoint irradiation on depression for patients with malignant tumor

目的探讨中医五行音乐联合穴位辐照对恶性肿瘤患者抑郁状态及生活质量的影响。方法将120例处于抑郁状态的患者随机分成对照组、穴位辐照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理;穴位辐照组在常规护理的基础上给予穴位辐照,每日2次,每次30min,共7d;观察组在穴位辐照的同时全程聆听中医五行音乐,每日2次,每次30min,共7d。在治疗前后用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和欧洲癌症研究和治疗组织编制的癌症患者生活质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)分别对三组患者进行测评。结果三组患者治疗后抑郁状态和生活质量较治疗前均有好转(P<0.05),观察组与对照组及穴位辐照组比较,在抑郁量表得分和整体生活质量维度方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在临床常规护理的基础上,配合中医五行音乐,能更有效地改善恶性肿瘤患者的抑郁状态;联合穴位辐照,可提高其生存质量。

Objective To study the effect of five elements music combined with acupoint irradiation on depression level and quality of life for patients with malignant tumor. Methods 120 depressed cancer patients were assigned ran- domly into control group（ n =40）, acupoints radiation group（ n =40） and experimental group（ n =40）. Patients in the control group received standardized oncologic care. Patients in acupoints radiation group received standard onco- logic care integrated with radiation on acupoints for 7 days, 2 times a day, 30 minutes each time. Patients in experi- mental group listened to TCM five element music when they underwent radiation on acupoints. Depression levels and quality of life were assessed at baseline and after the therapy with the use of Self-rating depression scale（SDS） and quality of life questionnaire-C30 respectively. Results All the enrolled patients got better situation on depression levels and quality of life after the therapy （P 〈 0.05）. Patients in experimental group had a lower depression levels and a better quality of life than did patients in control group and acupoits group （P 〈 0.01） . Conclusions Among cancer patients with depression,TCM five element music therapy led to significant improvement in mood while standardized oncologic care integrated with radiation on acupoints led to significant improvement in quality of life.
