后端剪裁PICC导管连接件设计类型对导管破损的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨后端剪裁PICC导管不同设计类型的连接件对导管破损发生率的影响。方法 回顾性分析2014年1-12月我院使用后端剪裁式PICC导管的病例1 071例,将其中使用简易连接件的491例设为对照组,使用延长管连接件的581例设为观察组,比较两组导管破损发生率的差异。结果 观察组导管破损率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=8.961,P=0.003)。结论 延长管连接件的设计可有效降低导管破损率,且易于操作,值得推广。 Objective To investigate the influence of different design type of back-end clipping PICC catheter on the incidence rate of catheter damage. Methods 1 071 patients with back-end clipping design type PICC catheter from January to December 2014 was analyzed retrospectively. 491 cases of simple connecting pieces were selected as con- trol group, 581 cases of using the extension tube connecting piece were set as the observation group, and the differ- ence of the incidence of catheter breakage in the two groups were measured and compared. Results The catheter breakage rate for observation group is much lower than that of the simple connection group. There is significant difference between the two groups( χ2 = 8. 961 P =0. 003). Conclusion The design of the extension pipe connecting piece can effectively reduce the breakage rate of the pipe. It's easy to operate and worth of popularizing.
