摘要 随着国家对环境保护要求和标准的日益严格,石化企业尤其是位于城区的炼厂面临更为严峻的环保压力。介绍了地处环境位置敏感的九江石化,通过持续打造绿色低碳核心竞争优势的环保管理,成功构建了环境友好循环发展的城市型炼厂。同时,结合"十三五"以争创最好环保炼厂为目标,提出以高标准推进VOCs治理与管控为突破口,有效治理大气污染,削减VOCs排放,进一步改善环境质量。 With the increasingly stringent requirements and standards in Chinese environmental protection,the environmental pressure of petrochemical enterprises,especially urban refineries,becomes more and more severe.This paper introduces SINOPEC Jiujiang Company which locates at an environment-sensitive area.Through continuous environmental management with green and low-carbon as the core competitive advantage,an urban refinery of environment-friendly and cyclic development has been constructed successfully.Meanwhile,with the goal of striving for the best environment-friendly refinery proposed in 'the 13th Five-Year Plan',SINOPEC Jiujiang Company proposes to promote high-standard VOCs treatment to control air pollution effectively,reduce VOCs emissions and further improve the environmental quality.
