摘要
近年来,全国化工企业的特殊作业(动火、受限空间等作业)事故呈上升趋势,分别上升77%、71.8%。火灾、爆炸等较大、重大事故较多。中毒、窒息典型案例较多,尤其是发生中毒或窒息事故后,盲目施救,造成事故扩大的案例较多。通过对化工企业典型事故案例进行分析,查找事故发生的原因,探讨事故发生的规律并提出事故预防的途径和对策措施。
In recent years,accidents resulting from special operations covering fire work and confined space work and so on in chemical companies are on the rise,up to 77% and 71.8% respectively.There are many larger and major accidents such as fire and explosion.And there are more typical cases including poisoning and suffocation as well,especially carrying out rescue without scientific basis after poisoning or suffocation accidents,many accidents are expanded.This paper probes into the causes for the accidents through analyzing the typical accident cases of chemical enterprises.It explores the laws for the occurrence of the accidents and puts forward some ways and measures to prevent the accidents in order to provide reference and help to the safe production of certain chemical manufacturers.
