炼油厂碱渣废水在存储和处理过程中会有恶臭气体产生,需要对恶臭废气进行集中处理在LTBR碱渣处理工艺中配套了PSSE高效吸收塔处理恶臭废气,PSSE技术是电解氧化与废气洗涤、吸收处理原理相结合的除臭技术,兼有恶臭废气的吸收、氧化和生物氧化的技术优势。采用三层合一的塔器结构,目前作为碱渣处理配套的恶臭废气治理技术已经得到了很好应用和推广,技术成熟可靠,设备运行平稳PSSE吸收塔三层相对独立,药剂组合灵活,可应用于不同恶臭废气种类及不同废气浓度变化,对于处理其他工况产生的恶臭废气,均有很好的借鉴意义。
