换热器管束中折流板的正确机加及穿装管束工艺技术 被引量:1

摘要 本文讨论了折流板管孔的的最佳钻销排序和方向。折流板的排列要与实际装配的排列顺序相一致;折流板上的换热管孔要从靠近固定管板一侧的折流板开始进行钻削。由于钻削方向和重叠顺序的不同,造成组装管束时穿装换热管的难易不同。经过理论分析和实践比较,确定了正确的折流板换热管孔钻孔先后排列顺序。管束作为换热器的主要组成部分,其主要由折流板、管板、换热管、支持板、拉杆、定距管、导流筒、假管、旁路挡板、滑板等元件组成。其中管束中比较重要的折流板的数量是根据换热器直径和换热管无支撑跨距决定的。钻孔前,折流板需要摞成摞,再借用钻完孔的管板作模板,进行折流板的换热管孔打窝,然后据此钻削折流板上的换热管孔。 The best drilling sequence and direction of tube holes on each pile of baffles have been discussed in this paper. The arrangement of baffle piles should be the same with the actual fitting sequence of baffles. The tube hole should be drilled from the side to the stationary tubesheet. Due to the different direction of drilling and order of piling up, the difficulty in inserting the tubes is different. Through theoretical analysis and actual comparison, the correct drilling sequence on the baffles is determined. As the main part of heat exchanger, the tube bundle is mainly composed of baffles, tubesheets, tubes, support plates, tie rods, spacers, guiding cylinders, baffle tubes, bypass baffles, chutes and etc. The numbers of baffles are determined by the diameter of heat exchanger and the tube support span, which is very important. The baffles should be piled up before drilling, then using the drilled tubesheets as the drilling template to drill shallow holes on baffle piles. So that, the holes on the pile should be drilled according to the shallow holes.
