改进压力容器C、D类焊接接头质量和安全性能的方法

The Improvement Methods of the Quality and Safety Performance on Class C & D Welding Joints for the Pressure Vessel

摘要 对压力容器特定位置上几种常见的C、D类焊接接头在制造过程的耐压试验时或投入运行中发生的泄漏失效原因进行分析,通过分析发现这类焊接接头的坡口形式、组焊顺序和试验方法也是影响其质量和安全性能的重要因素。对此本文提出改进这类焊接接头质量的有效方法,并在制造过程中加强控制、检验检测,从而提高了这类焊接接头的质量和安全性能,确保整台设备在设计寿命内正常地安全运行。 To analysis the leakage failure reason for the pressure test during the manufacture or during the running in the specific location on the Class C, D welded joint of pressure vessel, and discover that the groove form of welding joint, the field weld sequence and test method are also the important factors to affect the quality and safety performance. Therefore, this article put forward the effective method for the improvement of this kind of welding joint quality, and and test.
