阐述了某ABS装置中大型高精度搅拌反应器的制造,重点介绍了Q345R+S30408材料封头的采购、内筒体的制造、釜体组合加工的工艺方法,通过采取创新的制造工艺方法,成功地完成了该设备的国产化制造,制造质量满足了国外搅拌工艺技术条件及设计图样要求。
This paper expounds the ABS device high-precision stirred reactor localization of manufacturing, introduces Q345R＋S30408 head materials of procurement, and inner pressure vessel shell manufacturing, kettle combined processing method. Adopting innovative manufacturing process method successfully completed the localization of manufacturing equipment. Manufacturing quality meets the terms of process technology abroad and the design requirements.
