摘要
研究"千叶香"叶精油的化学成分及相对含量。采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取"千叶香"叶精油,测试出油率,应用GC-MS分析鉴定出21个化学成分,主要成分为右旋芳樟醇,达97.8%,其他如反式氧化芳樟醇0.56%、石竹烯丁香烯0.29%、α-石竹烯0.26%等。该方法简便、准确,重现性好,为"千叶香"叶精油的质量控制提供实验依据。
The chemical constituents and relative contents of essential oil of d-linalool Cinnamomum porrectum leaves were studied. The leaf essential oil was extracted by steam distillation and the oil yield of fresh leaves was tested. 21 chemical composition in the oil were analyzed and identified by GC-MS analysis, the results showed that the main component was dextral linalool according by 97.8%, other such as trans linalool oxide 0.56%, pink vinyl caryophyllene 0.29%, alpha caryophyllene 0.26% etc. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible, which provides the experimental basis for the quality control of the essential oil of d-linalool C. porrectum leaves.
