摘要
从野外筛选出右旋芳樟醇型的黄樟,于其休眠期采集其鲜叶,蒸馏出精油,计算其出油率。采用GC-MS质谱仪,进样器温度为220℃,柱温:50℃,停1 min,再以5℃/min程序升温到200℃,高纯载气He(99.999%),流速1 m L/min,进样量:0.2μL,分流比:1∶50,传输线温度150℃。EI离子源温度150℃,色谱柱:VF-WAX-ms(30 m×0.25μm),检测拟确定叶油主成分(右旋芳樟醇)含量97.8%的单株为植物新品种,2014年2月25日依据国家相关法律法规现将此单株申请为商品名为"千叶香"的植物新品种,申请号为20140035,并于2015年9月14日授权,2015年10月25日国家林业局发布2015第18号公告公示。
From the field screening a dextral linalool type of Cinnamomum porrectum, in dormant period collected the fresh leaves, distillation of essential to calculate the oil yield. Using GC-MS and injector temperature at 220 ℃, column temperature at 50 ℃, stop 1 min, and then as 5 ℃/min program warming up to 200 ℃, He(99.999%) using as carrier gas,the flow rate of 1 m L/min, sample volume of 0.2 μL, shunt ratio: 1∶50, transmission line temperature of 150 ℃. EI ion source temperature of 150 ℃, the chromatographic column: VF-WAX-ms(30 m×0.25 μm) detected quasi determine the plant leaf oil principal component(dextral linalool) content of 97.8% for new varieties of plants. According to the national related laws and regulations now the individual application is the trade name for 'Qianyexiang' of new varieties of plants in February 25,2014. The application number was 20140035, and authorization on September 14, 2015. And the public announcement(NO.18, 2015) was released by the State Forestry Administration on October 25, 2015.
