摘要
根据松嫩平原上典型气象站1991—2014年降雨实测资料与各县市水旱灾害统计报表,文章对松嫩平原水旱灾害出现的重现期进行了研究。洪涝灾害重现期为2a,干旱灾害重现期为1.7a。经与历史水旱灾害重现期对比,洪涝灾害基本相同,干旱灾害明显缩短。
Based on the precipitation data observed in the typical meterological station from 1991 to 2014 and the statistical tables of flood and drought disasters in each city and country ,the return period occurring flood and drought disasters on the Songnen plain was studied in this paper. The return period of flood disaster is 2 years and drought disaster is 1.7 years. By comparing with the historical return periods of flood and drought disasters, it is essentially the same as flood disaster and the drought disaster is shortened significantly.
