摘要
基于辽河流域河流生态需水量估算研究成果,提出了农业和生态用水耦合利用的河段水库群与闸坝联合调度模型,并制定了研究河段水质水量联合调控方案;调度方案在研究河段的有效实施,使干流水质得到改善,达到Ⅳ类水质标准;通过分析计算,当环境可利用水量为水4倍时,水质改善最为明显。
The joint regulation model of reservoir group, gate and dam in the river section, in which agricuhural and ecological water used in coupling, was put forth based on the research ecological water demand estimation for the rivers in Liaohe river basin, and the joint regulati results of on scheme to research water quality and water quantity of river sections was worked out in the paper. Effective implement of the river sections is researched in the regulation scheme to improve water quality of the main stream, reaching the standard of Ⅳ, through analysis and calculation, it shows that water quality may be improved most markedly when available water quantity is 4 times of polluted water.
