摘要
对差示扫描量热(DSC)仪分析不溶性硫黄(IS)热稳定性进行研究。结果表明:在氮气气氛、升温速率为10℃·min^(-1)、恒温温度为110℃、恒温时间为20 min的条件下,DSC仪测试IS热稳定性的准确性和重现性较好;采用DSC仪测试恒温(110℃)条件下IS的转化热焓,能够快速、准确地分析IS的热稳定性。
This paper presented an analysis method of the thermal stability of insoluble sulfur(IS)by using differential scanning calorimeter(DSC). Accuracy and reproducibility of the test were good while the testing temperature was increased to 110 ℃ at a heating rate of 10 ℃ · min-1 and then keep constant temperature for 20 minutes under nitrogen atmosphere. The enthalpy of IS at 110 ℃ was measured to quickly and accurately analyze the thermal stability of IS by using DSC.
