摘要
本文论述三七与纳米仿生材料结合,选择10种不同三七粉比例的PLLA纳米纤维膜来进行产品的筛选。采取增加混纺的三七粉含量的方式,来试制三七纳米纤维膜,经实验筛选出9种来开展动物实验。从实验结果的止血时间对比看,浸泡过三七溶液的PLLA纳米纤维膜止血效果优于纺三七的PLLA纳米纤维膜和纯PLLA纳米纤维膜,因为浸泡过后PLLA膜上粘附着三七粉,在止血过程中发挥直接止血作用。
Sdudied on the Sanqi and nano biomimetic materials, screening for product selection of PLLA nano fiber membrane 10 different Sanqi powder. Take increasing in Sanqi powder content blended way to manufacture Sanqi nano fiber membrane, selected 9 to carry out animal experiment. Compared with the experimental results, the hemostatie effect of PLLA nanofibers with Sanqi solution is better than that of the PLLA nano fiber film and pure PLLA nano fiber film with Sanqi solution. The Sanqi powder that attached to the PLLA film play a hemostatic effect in the hemostatic process.
