摘要
目的研究山兰对3种常见病原菌的抑菌作用,为山兰的开发利用提供理论依据。方法将山兰、独蒜兰、云南独蒜兰、杜鹃兰提取物经D-101大孔树脂分离,每种植物分别得到四个不同组分,分别为组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ。然后采用液体小培养法测定这16种组分对3种常见病原菌的抑菌活性。结果16种组分中的12种醇提取物均对金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌有较强抑菌活性,但全部对大肠埃希氏菌没有抑菌活性。结论山兰与山慈菇的这3种原植物对常见的病原菌抑菌活性相近。
Objective The antimicrobial functions of Oreorchis patens to three common human pathogenic bacteria were studied for providing a theoretical basis for the herbs＇ development. Method The extracts of the four herbs, Oreorchis patens, Pleione bulbocodioids, P. yun-nanensis and Cremastra appendiculata, were obtained with the macroporous resin D-101, and four different components I, II, Ill and 1V were get from every herb. Then the antimicrobial functions of these 16 components to three common pathogens were determined with the liquid micro-culture. Result The 12 components of the 16 extracts have stronger antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus （SA） and Pseudomonas aeruginosa （PA）, but for to Escherichia coli （E.coli）. Conclusion The antibacterial activities of Oreorchis patens and three kinds of original plants of the Cremastrae and pleiones pseudobulbus were similar to three common pathogenic bacteria.
