慕课与党校培训模式创新

MOOCs and the Innovation of Party School Training Mode

慕课,作为一种新兴的在线培训模式,因其具有课程资源免费、学习模式便捷、教学过程互动,受众群体广泛等特点,为党员干部教育模式的改革提供了新思路。目前党校培训模式存在的问题主要表现在课程资源无法共享、培训模式和内容单一、学员参训缺乏积极主动性、激励和约束机制不健全四个方面。因此,通过建立党校系统慕课体系,构建个性化、多样化的慕课学习平台,可以打破传统授课形式,转变学习方式方法,提升党校培训规模和质量,培养和造就高素质党员干部队伍。

As a new type of online training mode,with its free course resources,convenient study mode,interactive teaching process and massive learning group,MOOCs provides a new perspective for the reform of Party cardre education mode. The present Party school training mode has the following problems： failure to share course resources,monotony in training mode and content,lack of enthusiasm in trainees and unsoundness of stimulation and constraint mechanism. Therefore,the establishment of Pary school MOOCs system and the individualized and diversified MOOC platform help to change its traditional teaching,transform its learning methods,improve the extent and quality of Pary school training so as to cultivate high-quality Party cardres.
