诊断和治疗糖尿病泌尿生殖器神经病变的研究进展

Development of Diagnosis and Treatment on Diabetic Urogenital Neuropathy

糖尿病是一种世界范围内流行的慢性病,而神经病变是糖尿病中花费最高同时最容易致残的并发症。糖尿病性泌尿生殖器神经病变(DUN)对糖尿病患者的生活质量影响颇大,目前对其诊断,主要是结合临床症状及体格检查以及一系列实验室及器械检查来进行综合分析。其治疗主要是应用药物改善症状,然而由于治疗DUN的药物疗效不佳且有不良反应的影响,目前治疗效果仍不乐观。

Diabetes is a worldwide epidemic chronic disease, and associated neuropathy is the most costly and disabling complication. Now,diabetic urogenital neuropathy（DUN） influences patients a lot,which is diagnosed clinically based on a comprehensive analysis of specific symptoms, signs in clinical examinations and auxiliary examination. The main treatment of DUN is medication to relieve symptoms, however such treatments are often limited by lack of potency and adverse effects, and the curative effect of DUN cannot be described as optimistic up till now.
