鼻阻力是鼻腔对呼吸气流的阻力,易受环境、生理、机体状态等多种因素的影响,正常的鼻阻力对机体生理功能有重要的作用。鼻阻力测定是目前临床最常用的客观评价鼻腔阻力的检测方法,作为鼻塞定量评价的指标,具有多种测定方法。鼻阻力测定在鼻阻塞严重程度评价、疾病诊断、药物或手术治疗疗效评估以及对比、择优选取手术方式和招飞体检等方面应用广泛。

Nasal resistance is the resistance of nasal cavity to the respiratory airflow, which is susceptible to environmental, physiological and physical state of a variety of factors, and the normal nasal resistance plays an important role in the body＇s physiological functions. Nasal resistance measurement is the most common clinical method to evaluate the nasal resistance objectively as an index of quantitative assessment of nasal obstruction, with a variety of methods for determination, and it has been widely used in severity evaluation of nasal congestion, disease diagnosis, drug or surgical curative effect evaluation and comparison, optimal operation mode selection and examination of pilot recruitment.
