摘要 矿山安全生产综合信息化核心技术是集成化的数据管理、集成化的通信、集成化的编程组态和现场控制设备的自动化、网络化,这些都是煤矿安全生产综合信息化的内容。其实质是依赖对矿区地理、生产、安全、设备、管理等方面的信息进行采集、传输、处理、应用和提升,达到信息增值的目的。在此基础上采用实时以太网技术,在矿区建立实时工业以太环网,争取实现今后部分系统的无人值守,实现对全矿安全、生产的远程集中监测与控制。通过支持实时以太网技术的千兆工业以太网真正在矿山实现管控一体化。 Mine safe production comprehensive informatization core technology is the integration of data management, integration of communication, integrated programming configuration and field control equipment automation, network, these are the contents of the comprehensive information of coal mine safety production. The essence of which is dependent on geography, the mining production, safety, equipment, management of information collection, transmission, processing, application and promotion, achieve the goal of information value. Based on the real-time Ethernet technology in the mining area to establish real-time industrial Ethernet ring network, to strive for the next part of the system is unattended, implementation of mineral sheers security, remote centralized monitoring and control of production. By supporting real-time gigabit Ethernet technology industrial Ethernet in mine to achieve real control integration.
