患者及家属对知情同意书内容的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Content of Informed Consent Form Among Patients and Relatives

目的了解新疆某三级甲等医院患者住院期间对知情同意的态度及对疾病的认识情况。方法采用随机抽样法对740名住院患者/家属进行知情同意的态度及治疗期间对疾病的认识和希望了解的疾病内容进行问卷调查,采用卡方检验对数据进行分析。结果选择2015年5月-6月入院接受治疗的患者及其家属作为研究对象,75%的受访者认为签署知情同意书的目的是既保护医务人员又保护患者;采用卡方检验分析患者和家属在手术知情同意书应该由谁签字和非紧急情况下给患者提供一般性的检查、治疗、护理措施前是否需要签知情同意书,双方观点不同(P<0.05);不同年龄、职业、学历认为知情同意权的归属存在差异(P<0.05);26.83%的受访者对知情同意书的内容不理解且仅有43.33%的人会主动询问医护人员;84.83%的患者对所患疾病的知情状况表示满意;60.53%的患者表示住院期间希望医务人员告诉患者与疾病有关的所有信息。结论针对患者和家属对知情同意权归属的认知不同,且患者对参与医疗活动的希望较以往更加强烈,医务人员应加强与患者/家属对医疗信息的沟通,积极提供患者想要了解的与疾病有关的内容,提高患者满意度,促进医患关系和谐发展。

Objectives To explore the attitude to informed consent form among patients and relatives as well as the understanding situation of diseases during hospitalization in a Class A and Tertiary Hospital in Xinjiang. Methods To conduct a questionnaire survey on the attitude of informed consent and the understanding of the diseases among 740 patients and relatives with random sampling method,then made analysis on the data with chi-square test. Results The patients admitted in our hospital during May to June in 2015 as well as their relatives were chosen as research objects,75% of the respondents thought signed informed consent was the purpose of both medical staff and protect patients,the chi-square analysis in surgical patients and their families informed consent should be signed by the who and the case of an emergency to provide a general examination,treatment and nursing measures before whether to need to sign the informed consent,both sides were different （P〈0.05）,different age, occupation, education thought on the ownership of the right of informed consent was different （P〈0.05）,26.83% of people didn’t understand the content of the informed consent and only 43.33% of people would take the initiative to ask staff,84.83% of patients satisfied with the knowledge of this disease by condition,60.53% of the patients hope medical staff to tell patients all information related to the diseases during the period in hospital. Conclusions Aimed at the different cognition of informed consent for patients and their relatives,and the patients showed stronger expects than ever before to participate in medical treatment activity. The medical staff should enhance the medical information communication with the patients and their relatives,actively provide the content related to the disease the patients want to know,improve the satisfaction of the patients and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between the doctors and patients.
