Investigation on the Process Reengineering of Hospital HIS System in the Outpatient Infusion System

移动输液系统在医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,HIS)的支持下,通过护士工作站与医生工作站对接,准确读取患者输液信息,一方面有效规避医嘱不清晰带来的隐患,另一方面通过无线终端扫描技术,自动打印输液标签同时生成患者信息的二维条码,使患者身份和药物产生唯一关联,护士不需转抄医嘱,核对患者身份时,护士使用掌上电脑在输液前通过扫描输液袋上的条形码自动获取患者信息,与患者的信息核对无误后进行穿刺,将人工误差降到最低,提高护士工作效率,增加患者安全系数,提升护理工作质量。

With the help of Hospital Information System （HIS）,the mobile infusion system,could read the infusion information of the patients accurately through the butt joint between the work stations of doctors and nurses. This could avoid the hidden dangers caused by the fuzziness advices of the doctors effectively,as well as produce the two-dimensional bar code of the patients＆#39; information while the printing of infusion label through wireless terminal scanning technology,which could generate the unique connection between the identity and drugs of the patients,then the nurses need not to write the doctors＆#39; advice. The information of the patients could be acquired automatically through the scanning of bar code on the infusion bags by the palmtop computer while check the identity of the patients. The artificial errors could be decreased to minimum by conduct puncture after the check of patients＆#39; information,which could improve the efficiency of the nurses,increase the safe indexes and enhance the work quality of the nurse work.
