Investigation on the Cultivation of Scientific Research Ability Among Postgraduate Student Majored in Cell Biology

细胞生物学是生命科学的基础学科之一,在生命科学领域及高等教育体系中均占有重要位置。针对细胞生物学专业研究生的教育现状和存在问题,文章分别从前期理论学习和后期实验室课题研究这两个层面,探讨行之有效的提高细胞生物学专业研究生科研能力的方法。在理论学习阶段加强理论和实践相结合,采用灵活的授课方式以及改变考核模式等方法,重点培养研究生的独立思维能力;在实验室课题研究阶段,通过定期组织学术交流创造良好的科研环境,并通过导师的引导作用加强研究生创新能力的培养。

Cell Biology is one of the four basic disciplines in the life sciences, which plays an important role in both life scientific field and higher in the postgraduate education system. Based on the current education situation student majored in cell biology, this article investigated the methods to and problems existing improve the scientific research ability of postgraduate student majored in cell biology from the two stages of early theoretical learning stage and late laboratory project research stage. To strengthen the combination of theory and practice in the theoretical learning stage, as well as adopt flexible teaching modes and change the methods of test modes, we could cultivate the independent think ability of the postgraduate student. In the laboratory project research stage, through the well research environment created by regularly academic communication and the guidance function of the tutors, the creative ability of the postgraduate student could be emphasized.
