平均住院日与住院患者费用关系研究

Relation between Average Length of Stay and Inpatient's Expense

目的探讨某院2011-2015年出院患者的平均住院日和医保与自费情况。方法对某院5年来所有患者的住院天数、住院费用类别等进行分析。结果平均住院日呈逐年下降态势,住院费用呈上升趋势;其中医保患者的平均住院日与次均费用均高于自费患者。结论缩短平均住院日和降低住院费用,可以提高社会效益和经济效益,使卫生资源得到合理利用。

Objective To discuss the relation between the average length of day and medical insurance and patients＇ out-of-pocket expense in a hospital from 2011 to 2015. Methods Analyzed the length of stay, the category of inpatient expense of all inpatients in this hospital in recent 5 years. Results The average length of stay decreased year by year and the inpatient expense was on the rise. The average length of stay and medical expense per capita of medical insurance patients were higher than those of patients at their own expense. Conclusion Shortening the average length of stay could improve social benefit and economic effectiveness and reduce inpatient expenses, which could achieve rational use of health resources.
