摘要
本文讨论了外配合引起的装配变形对内配合量概率分布的影响,给出了计算二重配合内配合量概率分布的数学模型,并在计算机上对数学模型进行了验证。在此基础上,研究了装配变形的某些影响规律。
The influence of external fits on the probability distribution of internal fits in assembly is discussed. Two cases of external fits, the interference and the transition ones, are investigated. The mathematical model and accurate method for calculating the probability distribution of the internal fits are given with the influence of assembly deformation due to external fits taken into account. The calculation results show that, with a decrease of interference probability P1 of the external fit from 1 to 0 , the deviation of the internal fit probability density function from the normol distribution increases first but then decreases. The maximum deviation occurs at P1= 0.6 in an example given in this paper.
