烧结工序能耗精细化管理及其软件开发 被引量:8

Refined management for energy consumption in sintering process and software development

摘要 基于现有烧结生产存在的能耗高、能效水平低、能源管理粗放化等问题,通过理论计算结合烧结厂生产实际,建立一套烧结工序能耗计算分析模型,并且实现该模型的软件化。实例分析表明,该软件系统能够较为准确地计算出烧结厂各种能源的消耗,实现烧结工序能耗的精细化管理,进而帮助烧结厂更好地掌握烧结系统的整体用能情况、主要耗能问题以及节能潜力所在,对烧结工序能效评估工作具有较高的实用价值。 Based on the problems of high energy consumption, low levels of energy efficiency and extensive energy management in the sintering production,a energy consumption calculation analysis model in sintering process was established through the theoretical calculation combined with actual sintering production,and the software implementation of the model was realized. The analysis of an example shows that the software system can more accurately calculate the various energy consumption of sintering plant,achieve refined management for energy consumption in the sintering process and help the sintering plant know the overall energy-using situation of sintering system, the main problem of energy consumption and energy saving potential better, which has high practical value in energy efficiency evaluation of sintering process.
