墓头回提取物对分化型甲状腺癌患者外周血多态性上皮黏蛋白1阳性表达细胞的影响

Effect of scabrous patrinia root extracts on positive expression of polymorphic epithelial mucin in peripheral blood of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer

目的观察墓头回提取物(回康灵片)对分化型甲状腺癌外周血多态性上皮黏蛋白1(MUC1)阳性表达细胞的影响。方法选择分化型甲状腺癌患者106例,并将其分为干预组和对照组。干预组49例,采用墓头回精致提取物回康灵片口服并配合促甲状腺激素(TSH)抑制治疗;对照组57例单纯TSH抑制治疗。在第4周及12周时采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测和比较两组患者外周血MUC1阳性表达细胞的检出率。结果服药4周时,干预组MUC1阳性表达检出20例(40.8%)、对照组36例(63.2%),两组MUC1阳性表达细胞的检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。服药12周时,干预组MUC1阳性表达检出9例(19.1%)、对照组23例(45.1%),对照组MUC1阳性表达细胞的检出率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论墓头回提取物对分化型甲状腺癌外周血MUC1阳性表达细胞有抑制作用。

【Objective】To observe the effect of scabrous patrinia root extracts on positive expression of polymorphic epithelial mucin（MUC1） in peripheral blood of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer.【Methods】A total of 106 differentiated thyroid cancer patients were divided into intervention group and control group. In the intervention group, 49 cases adopted oral scabrous patrinia root extracts named as Huikangling tablets and thyroid stimulating hormone（TSH） suppression therapy. Fifty-seven cases in the control group adopted only TSH suppression. Flow cytometry（FCM） was used to detect and compare the positive rate of MUC1 in peripheral blood of the two groups at 4th and 12 th weeks.【Results】It showed that the positive expression of MUC1 was 20/49（40.8%） in the intervention group and 36/57（63.2%） in the control group at 4th week, and there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P〈 0.05）. The same result showed that the positive expression of MUC1 was 9/47（19.1%） in the intervention group and 23/51（45.1%） in the control group at 12 th week, and there was statistically significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.05）.【Conclusion】Scabrous patrinia root extracts have inhibitive effect on MUC1 positive cells of peripheral blood in differentiated thyroid cancer patients.
