白介素17和白介素35在扁平苔藓的表达和临床分析

摘要 目的通过检测扁平苔藓患者组织病理的白介素17和白介素35的表达情况,探讨白介素17和白介素35在扁平苔藓的发病机制中的作用。方法选取来本院皮肤性病科就诊的扁平苔藓患者36例,按照统计学原则随机选取正常人36例,将正常人和患者分为对照组和临床组,所有患者都经过皮肤病理学确诊,通过应用免疫组化法和DNA末端转移酶介导的原位缺口末端标记法测定白介素17和白介素35在扁平苔藓患者和正常人中的表达水平。结果扁平苔藓组中白介素17和白介素35的表达率均高于正常对照组(P〈0.05)。结论白介素17和白介素35的高表达可能参与了扁平苔藓的发病机制。 Objective To explore the role of interleukin-17 and interleukin-35 in the pathogenesis of lichen planus detecting the expressions of histopathological of IL-17 and IL-35 in patients with lichen planus. Methods 36 patients with lichen planus treated at the department of dermatology at our hospital were selected as a clinical group and 36 healthy objects a control group. All the patients had been diagnosed by skin pathology. The expression levels of interleukin-17 and interleukin-35 in both groups were determined by immunohistochemical staining and DNA terminal transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling. Results The expressions of interleukin-17 and interleukin 35 were higher in the clinical group than in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The high expressions of interleukin-17 and interleukin-35 may be involved in the pathogenesis of lichen planus.
