负压封闭引流技术治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎的效果观察与护理

Vacuum sealing drainage in treatment of chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis and its nursing care

目的探讨负压封闭引流技术（VSD）治疗慢性化脓性骨髓炎的效果及护理要点。方法选取本院骨外科2012年7月至2014年7月收治的18例慢性化脓性骨髓炎患者，均应用负压封闭引流技术治疗，对临床资料进行回顾性分析，总结治疗期间的护理要点及近期预后情况。结果18例慢性化脓性骨髓炎患者经过系统的护理与VSD负压封闭引流后，创面愈合4例，手术植骨6例，二期手术植皮8例，均治愈出院。12—36个月回访，痊愈15例，复发3例，总有效率83．3％。结论注重术后护理要点及VSD负压封闭引流的管理可保证有效引流，控制感染，促进创面愈合，缩短疗程，对患者的预后康复具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） in the treatment of chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis and its nursing care. Methods 18 patients with chronic pyogenic osteomyelitis treat at the department of bone surgery of our hospital from July, 2012 to July, 2014 were selected and treated with VSD. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The nursing points during the treatment and the prognosis were summarized. Results After systematic nursing care and VSD, 4 healed, 6 took bone transplantation, and 8 took second-stage operation for skin-grafting; all were cured and discharged. All the patients were followed up 12-36 months and 15 were cured and 3 relapsed, with an efficacy of 83.3%. Conclusion Paying attention to postoperative care points and VSD can ensure effective drainage, control infection, promote wound healing, and shorten treatment course and has a positive significance for patients＇ prognosis.
