摘要
以炭黑为硬模板,采用常规水热法合成富含介孔的多级孔EU-1分子筛,系统地考察了炭黑的添加量对合成EU-1分子筛的孔结构和二甲苯异构化催化性能的影响。采用XRD、SEM、N2吸附-脱附和NH3-TPD等分析手段对合成样品的形貌、孔道结构和酸性质进行表征。结果表明,添加炭黑作为硬模板可以合成富含介孔的EU-1分子筛,在炭黑添加量为3%时,合成样品的介孔孔容增加达130.9%;多级孔结构可以显著地提升EU-1分子筛的二甲苯异构化催化性能,其催化活性和C8芳烃选择性分别从22.71%,89.20%提升至23.94%,92.76%。
Carbon black was used as hard template for synthesis of hierarchical EU-1zeolite by the routine hydrothermal method.The effects of carbon content on the structure of hierarchical EU-1zeolite were systematically investigated.The EU-1samples were characterized by XRD,SEM,N2adsorption-desorption and NH3-TPD.The results indicate that the addition of carbon black into synthesis system resulted in synthesis of mesopore-enriched EU-1zeolite.The mesoporous volumes increased by 130.9% with a carbon content of 3%.The hierarchical EU-1showed excellent catalytic performance for xylene isomerization,catalytic activity and C8 aromatics selectivity increased from 22.71%,89.20%to 23.94%,92.76%,respectively.
