电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定饲料中的碘

Determination of iodine in feeds by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry

采用四甲基氢氧化铵法提取样品,通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法（ICP-MS）测定饲料中碘元素的含量。对前处理过程中的三大要素进行了试验摸索,得出最佳的提取条件。测定结果显示,方法的线性范围0~500μg/l,线性相关系数0.999 5,方法定量限1.0μg/g,各梯度质量浓度加标回收率为91.2%~104%,RSD均小于5%。因此,与国家标准方法相比,该法能够更快速、灵敏、准确地测定饲料中的碘元素。

To develop an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry（ICP-MS） method for the deter-mination of iodine in feeds by extracting the samples with tetramethylammonium hydroxide. The opti-mal extraction conditions were obtained by exploring the three elements of pretreatment process.Andthe results show that： Linear correlation coefficients is 0.999 5, the method detection limits are be-tween 1.0 μg/g, the recovery are all in the range of 91.2%~104%,RSD are all less than 5%.In conclu-sion, The method is more simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate than the method of GB/T13882-2010.
