笔者对目前兽用非强制免疫用生物制品在经营和使用环节中存在的问题进行了分析,并对管理者、生产者、经营者、使用者分别提出建议。

We analyzes the problems existed during operating and using of non-compulsory immunity veterinary biological products, meanwhile provides proper advices and counter measures for government managers,producers, operators and users, and for their reference and discussion.
