全长cDNA文库构建技术在运动遗传资源利用中的潜在价值与展望

摘要 随着人类基因组计划(human genome project,HGP)的完成,人们对当前自身遗传信息有了新的认识。无奈不同条件下基因表达水平变化各有差异,从而造成不同个体生理表型与功能上的迥然不同。随着测序技术的快速发展,构建高质量的全长c DNA文库成为当前研究者们研究转录组学的重要技术手段之一。通过查阅文献发现目前有四种全长c DNA文库构建技术已趋于成熟,应用更为普遍,但在运动科学领域至今却无人提及。详述近年来几种技术现已成熟的全长c DNA文库构建方法及特点,并对其应用性进行概述,推测其在运动领域同样存在潜在的应用价值,若以此法对运动员遗传资源加以利用,预计将会运动科学的发展发挥重要影响。 With the completion of Human Genome Project(HGP), people have a new understanding of their own genetic information. There are various expression levels of genes under different conditions,which result in the different of individual physiological phenotype and function. With the rapid development of sequencing technology, it has become an important technique for current researcher in transcription study to construct the full-length c DNA library in high-quality. With the method of literature,the paper finds out that there are four methods of full-length c DNA library construction which are more mature and which usages are more general, but which mention is not so far in sports science. It describes in detail several construct methods and characteristics of full-length c DNA library which techniques are mature in recent years, and has an overview of their applications. It thinks their techniques have same potential application value in sports science. If the methods be used in developing the athletes genetic resources, it will play an unprecedented impact on the development of sports science.
