摘要
随着残疾人运动训练课的兴起,合作教学法在实践教学中已被广泛接受和应用。以残疾人运动训练课程为个案蓝本,采用质性研究中的访谈法、观察法和实物收集法进行资料的整理、编码和分析,找到残疾人运动训练合作教学法运用中亟待解决的问题。通过对三个研究假设的证实与证伪,提出提高教师实践能力,制定和实施个别化教育计划,建立人才培训机制等建议,旨在把握残疾人运动训练课中合作教学法的"时效性"与"实效性",提高残疾人运动训练教学质量。
With the rise of sports training class for the disabled, the cooperative teaching method has been widely accepted and applied in practical teaching. Using the sports training courses for the disabled as the example, with the methods of interview, observation and material collection in qualitative research, the paper finds out some urgent problems in application of the cooperative teaching method in the sports training for the disabled by sorting, coding and analyzing the information After verification and falsification of three research hypotheses, it puts forward some suggestions such as improving the teachers' practical ability, implementing the individualized education programs, establishing the talent training mechanism. The purpose is to improve the teaching effect of sports training for the disabled by holding in time and practice the effectiveness of cooperative teaching method in sports training courses for the disabled.
