上海市省级工业产品生产许可审批流程改革的思考

本文以上海市省级工业产品生产许可审批流程改革为依据,从压缩审批时限、简化申请材料、改进核查方式和优化检验环节四方面进行分析,并提出了完善内部配套系统、加强政策宣传、组织开展培训方面的一些建议,为开创产品质量社会共治的新局面献上绵薄之力。

According to Shanghai＇s reform of the provincial industrial product production approval process, this paper discusses on the reducing approval time, simplifying the application materials, improving the verification method and optimizing inspection process. It also provides some suggestion on perfecting internal support system, enhancing policy advocacy, organizing training and other aspects to construct a new quality control system by the all parties＇ combined efforts.
