摘要
为适应长江中下游麦区高产广适性和弱筋小麦产业发展的需求,采用分子标记辅助技术和综合育种路线,育成小麦新品种扬麦21。其综合性状优异,中抗赤霉病,抗白粉病和黄花叶病,感纹枯病。较对照扬麦158等增产3.9%~6.8%,品质优良,适合在长江中下游麦区种植。该品种的育成与推广缓解了南方麦区高产广适性品种的短缺矛盾,有利于小麦生产水平的提高与相关产业的发展。
To get the high yield and wide eurytopicity wheat variety with high resistance to disease, and meet the demands for weak gluten wheat industry development in the Middle and lower reaches Yangtze River, the new variety Yangmai 21 was bred by molecular mark assistance technology and the comprehensive breeding technology. In different annual test, the variety showed excellent comprehensive characters, and middle resistance to fusarium head blight, resist- ance to powdery mildew and wheat yellow mosaic, infection to wheat sharp eyespot, and higher yield increased range from 3.9 % to 6.8 % compared with the wheat variety Yangmai 158, and main quality characters accorded with national weak gluten wheat standard. To a large extent this variety breeding and popularization has solved the contradiction of high yield and wide eurytopicity wheat in the south wheat area, and will further promote the wheat production level and relevant industries.
