摘要
细木工板是装饰装修用人造板的主要品种之一。目前执行的国家标准是GB/T 5849—2006《细木工板》。从日常检测数据来看目前不合格项目集中在横向静曲强度、浸渍剥离性能、甲醛释放量、标识标注、含水率等项目。但是该标准已实施了近10年,其中部分技术要求与现有生产技术水平不协调,产生消费纠纷问题不断。标准的修订将促进行业工艺改进,促进市场健康有序发展,为监管提供依据。
Blockboard is one of the main varieties of wood-based panel using in indoor decorating and refurbishing.The national standard in force is GB/T 5849-2006 ＂Blockboard＂.The result of daily test shows that unqualified items are concentrated on static bending strength in crosswise,immersion strength of adhesive bond,formaldehyde emission,identification markings,moisture content and so on.The aforementioned standard has been implemented nearly 10 years.Some of the technical requirements are inharmonious with existing production technology,which produce consumer dispute continuously.Standard revision will promote the production process,promote healthy and orderly development of the market,and provide basis for regulation.
