摘要
为建立复配香精的快速检测方法,考察了近红外光谱技术应用于识别复配香精规格与质量优劣的可行性,并通过对光谱范围及光谱处理方法的优化建立了近红外预测模型。结果表明,在(6 200~5 500)cm^(-1)的光谱范围内,采用二阶导数光谱建立的模型具有良好的效能,能够快速准确预测合格样品的规格,并能够快速准确检出不合格样品。可见,近红外光谱技术能够实现复配香精规格与质量优劣的快速识别。
The feasibility of establishing a fast- screening approach to identify the quality of tobacco flavor was investigated in this study. A prediction model had been established for classification and quality control of tobacco flavour using optimized spectral range and data process of near- infrared spectroscopy. It was indicated that the optimized model system was in the range of( 6 200- 5500)cm^(-1) with second derivative method. The system provided a rapid screening method for the classification of tobacco flavour and identification of defective products. It was showed that near- infrared spectroscopy can be used in fast screening of tobacco flavour.
