摘要
以国产品种丰花玫瑰精油为试材,采用全二维气相色谱/质谱法分离分析其成分。共定性化合物328种,鉴定出峰面积相对百分比0.01%以上的成分113种,包括芳香族化合物、萜类及其氧化物、脂肪族醇、酮、醛、酯及烷烃等,这些成分在二维色谱图上按族排列分离,瓦片效应明显,可以辅助定性。全二维色谱技术在复杂体系的分离鉴定和应用方面表现出巨大潜力。
Comprehensive two- dimensional gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was used to separate and analyze the components in essential oil of Chinese Feng Hua rose. Totally 328 components were detected qualitatively, in which 113 components with more than 0.01% relative mass ratio were identified. They were aromatic compounds, terpenes and their oxides, aliphatic alcohols, ketones, aldehydes, esters and alkanes. These identified components were separated and distributed as groups in the GC×GC chromatograms, showing significant tile effects, which was useful for further qualification. The method of comprehensive two- dimensional gas chromatography showed as a powerful tool in separation, qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex samples.
