摘要
香精香料成分复杂,常规的气相色谱-质谱联用仪难以满足检测要求。研究采用中心切割二维气相色谱分析烟用香精香料中的香味成分。通过单独切割与多段同时切割实验,以烟酸甲酯和十七烷为内标物质,对其中的香味成分进行定性及半定量分析,实验结果显示,多段同时切割与单独切割实验结果基本一致。相对于单独切割,多段同时切割具有分析时间短、定性定量准确、实验重复性好等优势,在香精香料成分分析方面具有广阔的应用前景。
The constituents of fragrance and flavor are very complicated, they are difficult to analyze by common GC- MS. In this paper, we used the heart- cut two- dimensional gas chromatography- mass spectrometry to analyze the main aroma components in tobacco flavors. The sample was analyzed by separate cutting and simultaneous multi- segments cutting. The aroma components were determined qualitatively and quantitatively by using the methyl nicotinate and heptadecane as internal standard substances. The results showed that there was no significant difference between these two experiments. Comparing with separate cutting, the simultaneous multi- segments cutting had the advantage of short analyzing time, high quantitative accuracy, good reproducibility and so on. It had a broad application prospect in the analysis of flavor and fragrance.
