摘要
现行高校毕业生的就业跟踪反馈机制侧重跟踪、反馈用人单位的需求与毕业生能力素质之间的契合度,但其象征意义远大于实际功效。在供给侧改革视角下,高校应当以供给能够适应、支撑、引领经济社会发展的中、高端人才为主;毕业生就业跟踪反馈机制要以人才培养机制改革为主线,促进高校增加中、高端人才的有效供给,减少低端人才给劳动力市场的压力;要按照"转变观念、面向全体、多元协同、先进有效"的思路,探索跟踪反馈机制的有效实现方式。
The present mechanism adopted in colleges for after-employment tracking and feedback focuses on the congruence between the demand of employers and the capability of college graduates. From the perspective of supply-side reform, universities should emphasize their supply of high and medium level talents who can adapt to, support and lead the economic and social development. The tracking and feedback system should aim at the reform of talent training system with the purpose of increasing the supply of high and medium level talents.
